Wonderful seaside residence on c. 12 acres
Neamhin, Kilpatrick comprises a deceptively spacious cottage style bungalow, with a large farm building and a sand arena, standing on c. 12 acres of land situated beside a wonderful stretch of sandy beach. This is an attractive small holding offering great potential for a range of leisure uses (subj to pp).
The property fronts onto and is accessed from Kilpatrick beach. It is nicely set back behind electric gates and enjoys a high degree of privacy.
Originally a stone cottage the property has been thoughtfully extended over the years and now extends to a roomy c.154 square metres of beautifully presented, versatile family accommodation. The bungalow wraps around a secluded south facing patio area ideal for entertaining!
This is indeed a rare opportunity to acquire a stylish property with privacy and seclusion and easy access to a wonderful beach yet, less than ten minute’s drive from the main M11 (Arklow south exit 21) Dublin/Rosslare route. Coastal properties such as Neamhin are increasingly difficult to find and are always sought after in the market. It is our belief that this is the ultimate holiday hideaway or tranquil family home with lots of space and privacy, ‘peace and quiet’ in abundance and the sound of the sea completes the picture!
