Today Warren Estates is lead by sister and brother team Ciara Slattery and Niall Slattery and has continued to go from strength to strength providing property services to our clients in all property sectors.

We are proud members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) which is the leading professional body for construction, land and property professionals in Ireland.

History

The Warren Family successfully operated and expanded the business for generations. William Gerard Slattery, joined the firm in 1964 and under his leadership the business developed and prospered. Gerry was closely involved in the Auctioneers professional body – the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI), throughout his career and was their President in 1998.

We embarked on an 18 month long journey to sell our coastal holiday home for the previous 30 years. In that time we hit roadblocks around; planning permissions, unlicensed drainage, changing solicitors, serious illness, first seller pulling out at the last minute, a deteriorating house and Covid. But through it all Ciara kept us going with her efficiency, professionalism, positivism and friendliness. Nearly everything that could have gone wrong with a seemingly simple house sale went wrong. Ciara and her team guided us over all the hurdles and in the end secured us a fantastic offer and eventual sale.
