LOT 1
This is a flat parcel of land which is accessed through the popular Glen Richards Wood Development at Poulshone. This popular development is situated just off the R742 coastal road about three kilometres south of Courtown and located on the cul-de-sac road to Poulshone Beach. There are a number of residential developments and mobile home parks in the vicinity and there was previously planning permission for 43 houses on this site. This planning has since lapsed and part of this land is now zoned for forestry. However, the local planning authority has indicated that about 24 properties would be allowed on the remaining land. In addition, Part V contributions for this land have already been taken by the Council, so there would be no Part V requirements on any future development.

LOT 2
This is an excellent parcel of agricultural land in the popular coastal location of Ardamine. It is a flat regular shaped field with about 90 metres of road frontage to the busy R742 Courtown to Kilmuckridge coast road. The Newhaven Development borders this site to the north with the Seaview Development to the south. There is a stream to the east with woodland beyond that.
